Antique 1892 Chicago Columbian Exposition Fabric Panel
THIS ITEM: Here is a fabric panel produced in 1892 in celebration of The Chicago World's Fair and Chicago Columbian Exposition. The event was held in Chicago in 1893 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus's arrival in the New World in 1492. 100% Cotton.
CONDITION: The panel is in good used condition. The fabric is strong along with the color. There are some spots along with minor surface soils. The panel was more than likely used on the back of a tied comfort, small thread holes are present. (Please see the photos).
